All pilots who are new to Merc Aero Services can choose to ask their HUB managers to lease an aircraft for them, if the HUB doesn't have an aircraft they want or know how to fly. The Hub managers should follow these steps when leasing an aircraft.
The aircraft can be any sort of aircraft that can operate within the limitations of the HUB's operational choices. So you shouldn't lease a CRJ 700ER if you've joined a HUB who specializes in Bush Operations (rough field landings, short field take-off and landing, ect).
Once the Hub manager has determined the aircraft that they want to lease, they need to list the make, model, year, and Google the same plane for sale in real life. *This applies to general aviation aircraft only. Jet Operators should look up the same plane's base price using FsPassengers, as it would be more accurate than google searches.*
Once they have found the cheapest price, they will then need to make a down payment and then PM the CEO of Merc Aero Services. Together the CEO and HUB Manager will determine the monthly amount the HUB will need to pay for their plane until it is paid off.
Please post this request in a new thread with your HUB name and Aircraft Lease as the subject. Here's an Example.
