Merc Aero Services requires that potential employees own a legal copy of Microsoft Flight Simulator X along with FsPassengersX to simulate failures, and to provide detailed after flight reports used for our PIREPs. They will also need a valid internet connection and e-mail address to access our forums and post for jobs and to post PIREPs on completed jobs.
Any additional add-ons are to the pilot's taste.
Merc Aero Services also asks that the potential pilot is able to fly at least 1 job per week to maintain employment. If the pilot is leasing to own a plane they should be able to fly more jobs per week to make the payments on their plane.
